Terms of Sale

1. Who you are contracting with

This store is operated by Mosticare OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia under Business Register code 17360990, VAT number EE102989702, with its registered office at Müürivahe tn 33-1, 10140 Tallinn, Estonia (“Mosticare”, “we”, “us”). 2. Products

We sell mosquito nets and untreated mesh barriers for windows, doors, beds, and outdoor spaces. Product descriptions, photographs, and dimensions are provided in good faith and as accurately as possible; minor variations in colour or finish may occur. Where a product is offered as made-to-measure through our configurator (for example the Apertura window screen or the Porta door screen), it is manufactured to the exact measurements you specify — see clause 9 and our returns policy for how this affects your cancellation rights.

3. Prices

All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and are inclusive of value-added tax (VAT). The applicable VAT rate is determined by your delivery country under the EU One-Stop-Shop (OSS) scheme and is calculated at checkout via Stripe Tax. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown separately before you confirm your order. The total payable — goods plus any delivery — is displayed on the order summary before payment.

4. Placing an order

You place an order by adding items to your basket, entering your delivery and contact details, and completing payment at checkout. Before you confirm, you can review and correct your order — including quantities and any made-to-measure dimensions. Placing an order is an offer by you to buy the goods on these terms.

5. When a contract is formed

Displaying products on this store is an invitation to treat, not a binding offer. A contract of sale between you and Mosticare OÜ is formed only when we send you an order confirmation by email accepting your order. If we are unable to accept your order (for example, an item is unavailable or there has been a pricing error), we will tell you and will not charge you, or will refund any payment already taken.

6. Payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. We do not store your full card details; these are handled by Stripe as our payment processor. Payment is taken at the time you place your order.

7. Delivery

We deliver to addresses across the 27 EU Member States and the wider European Economic Area (EEA). Delivery times and any charges are shown at checkout and depend on the destination. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If your order is delayed beyond the indicated timeframe, contact us at contact@mosticare.org and we will help.

8. Conformity and statutory guarantee

As a consumer in the EU you have a statutory legal guarantee that the goods conform to the contract. If goods are faulty, not as described, or otherwise do not conform, you are entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund) under applicable EU and Estonian consumer law, at no cost to you. These statutory rights are not affected by these terms.

9. Right of withdrawal and returns

If you are a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. Important exceptions apply — in particular, goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised (our made-to-measure configurator items) are exempt from this right under EU law. 10. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any matter for which liability cannot be limited under applicable law. Your statutory consumer rights always take precedence over these terms.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any contract formed under them are governed by the laws of Estonia. As a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of the country in which you are habitually resident, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country. Nothing here deprives you of that protection.

12. Complaints and dispute resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at contact@mosticare.org — we aim to resolve issues quickly and fairly. The European Commission also provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, which you may use to seek an out-of-court settlement.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to that order. The current version is always available on this page.
